TikTok Spreadsheet: Making a Creator's Sheet Work With Any Agent

What is a TikTok spreadsheet?

On TikTok, haul and "finds" creators show items in short videos and put a spreadsheet link in their bio. The sheet lists each item with a photo, a price and a link. TikTok's own discover pages for "2026 spreadsheet reps" and "best spreadsheets for reps 2026 oopbuy" collect these videos.

Two things set creator sheets apart from general finds lists:

• They're built for one agent. The links open the item inside a specific agent, usually with the creator's referral code attached, which is how the creator earns from the sheet.
• They age with the creator's videos. A sheet made for a viral video is rarely maintained afterwards. Links die, prices move, and the agent itself can close.

Google also suggests "tiktok spreadsheet girl" and "guy", which are searches for particular creators' sheets, and "tiktok shop spreadsheet" or "budget spreadsheet", which are unrelated seller and personal-finance templates.

Verdict: A TikTok spreadsheet is a good starting list, but check each link. The item usually still exists even when the agent link doesn't.

How to fix a TikTok spreadsheet built for CNFans

rep.tools reported that CNFans ceased operations in August 2026, and its September ranking lists AllChinaBuy as down too. Sheets for either now point at agents you can't order through. The items behind them are usually still on sale, because the agent was only the middleman.

1. Open the dead link and look at the address. Agent links carry the original item ID, often after id= or itemID=, next to a platform name such as WEIDIAN or TAOBAO.
2. Copy that number. Weidian item IDs are 10 digits; Taobao IDs are usually 12.
3. Paste it into a working agent's search, or rebuild the original link: weidian.com/item.html?itemID= plus the number.
4. Check the listing still matches the creator's photo. Sellers sometimes reuse listings for new stock.

The same method works for sheets built for ACBuy, Oopbuy, KakoBuy or LitBuy if you'd rather use a different agent — whether because of fees, storage time or shipping lines.

Verdict: You don't need a new spreadsheet when an agent closes. You need the item IDs from the old one.

Which agents the TikTok sheets are built for, and which are online

Bing suggests "tiktok spreadsheet kakobuy", "tiktok oopbuy spreadsheet" and "tiktok litbuy spreadsheet"; Google adds ACBuy and CNFans. Here's the status of the online agents we track, checked this month:

Verdict: KakoBuy, ACBuy, Oopbuy and LitBuy were all online in September 2026. CNFans and AllChinaBuy were not.

How to judge a creator's spreadsheet before you order

• Look for dates. A sheet with an "updated" date, or dated tabs, is maintained. One with no dates probably isn't.
• Check a few links first. If three random links are dead, expect more.
• Separate the video from the item. A creator's photos show their piece under their lighting. Your agent's QC photos show yours.
• Notice referral codes. They're normal and don't change your price at most agents, but they tell you the sheet is also an advert for that agent.

How this site's lists differ from TikTok sheets
