About This Site: How Joyagoo Spreadsheets Is Made

Who runs this site, and why it exists

This site is written and maintained by a small desk that has followed China shopping agents and finds spreadsheets for several years. We built it after watching the same problem repeat: spreadsheets shared on social media age quickly. Agents close or rename — CNFans stopped operating in August 2026, AllChinaBuy went down, JoyaBuy became JoyaGoo — and whole sheets of links stop working overnight, even though the items behind them are still on sale.

So the site has two jobs. One is to keep a current, dated picture of which agents are online, what they charge and what their customers say. The other is to keep a catalog of finds whose links point to the original listing and work with any agent, not just one.

The domain contains the word "joyagoo" because that's what many people search for. We say it plainly on every page: we are not JoyaGoo, and JoyaGoo doesn't control or pay for what we write about it.

How we check agents every month

1. Status. We load each agent's site, search for a pasted Weidian or Taobao link, and look for maintenance or closure notices. We don't mark an agent down on rumour — see ACBuy's page for why.
2. Fees and storage. We take figures from the agent's own fee page where one is published. Where it isn't, we use independent profiles such as rep.tools and W2C Spreadsheet, say so, and mark disputed figures as disputed.
3. Reviews. We record each agent's Trustpilot score, total reviews and reviews in the last 12 months, and note when Trustpilot has withdrawn a score.
4. Dates. Every page shows when it was last checked, and the sources used are listed at its foot.

When a figure can't be confirmed from a primary source, the table shows a dash rather than a guess.

Verdict: If a number on this site is wrong, it should be traceable to the source we cite. If it isn't, that's our error, and we'll fix it.

How the finds are chosen and cleaned

Product cards come from repbuysheet.com. Before any product reached this site, we ran three checks:

• Photo matches listing. If the main photo's product ID didn't match the listing's own ID, the product was removed. A find whose photo shows a different item is worse than no find.
• Names cleaned. Seller notes such as after-sales codes were removed from product names, and names too vague to be useful were left out.
• No repeats. Each product appears on one page only, so every page shows different finds.

All 550 finds turned out to be Weidian listings. That wasn't a choice; it reflects where spreadsheet sellers now list.

How the site makes money

Product cards are sponsored links to repbuysheet.com. We also ship orders for social-media sellers and small online stores, which you can ask about on WhatsApp. No agent pays to be listed, ranked or described in a particular way, and agent pages include criticism where the evidence supports it — Trustpilot withdrawals, disputed fees and short storage periods are all on the pages.

Corrections

If you find a mistake — a fee that changed, an agent that closed, a link that points to the wrong item — message us on WhatsApp. We correct factual errors and update the page's date when we do.
