When did JoyaBuy become JoyaGoo?

The switch was planned rather than sudden. The new domain came first, the rename followed three weeks later, and the community took most of April to catch up:

One widely shared write-up dates the rename to March 31, 2026. That's a year out: the domain record, the April 2025 videos and a year of falling search interest in "joyabuy" all point to 2025.

Verdict: JoyaBuy and JoyaGoo are one company. If you trusted JoyaBuy, nothing about the business itself changed with the name.

Why do old JoyaBuy spreadsheet links fail — and how do I fix them?

A JoyaBuy link was a JoyaBuy page wrapped around a marketplace listing. The wrapper is what broke; the listing inside is still live, because Weidian and Taobao sellers don't care which agent their buyers use. Inside each link you'll find one of these:

• a Weidian item number — usually 10 digits, often after itemID=
• a Taobao item ID after id=
• a full weidian.com or taobao.com address, sometimes URL-encoded (look for weidian.com%2F)

Move a JoyaBuy link to JoyaGoo in four steps

1. Copy the JoyaBuy link from your spreadsheet and paste it somewhere you can read it.
2. Find the marketplace item number or address inside it.
3. Paste that into the search bar on joyagoo.com or in the JoyaGoo app. It loads the same listing with JoyaGoo's price.
4. Replace the JoyaBuy link in your sheet with the plain weidian.com or taobao.com link, so it works with any agent from now on.

If a link has no item number at all — some spreadsheets used short redirect links — search the item name with "weidian", or look for it in our catalog.

Verdict: Plain marketplace links outlive every agent rename and closure. Agent links don't.

What happened to JoyaBuy accounts, balances and orders?

They moved across on their own. According to accounts of the migration, balances, vouchers, points and orders already in progress all transferred to joyagoo.com, and active users got migration emails in the days before the switch. You log in to JoyaGoo with the same details you used for JoyaBuy.

That also answers the searches for "joyabuy login" and "joyabuy app", which Google still suggests as you type:

• Website: joyagoo.com — not joyabuy.com.
• iPhone: the JoyaGoo app on the App Store, published by Global Jiayi Trading Group Limited, rated 4.9 from about 1,700 ratings.
• Android: JoyaGoo on Google Play.

Be careful with lookalike domains. Several sites use "joyabuy" in their name — joyabuy spreadsheets, joyabuy finds and so on — and none of them is the agent. If a site asks you to log in or pay and its address isn't joyagoo.com, close it.

Verdict: Use joyagoo.com or the official app, sign in with your old JoyaBuy details, and ignore any site that still calls itself JoyaBuy and asks for money.

Is JoyaBuy — now JoyaGoo — legit?

"joyabuy reviews" and "joyabuy trustpilot" are still searched, but the reviews now live under the new name. On September 26, 2026, JoyaGoo's Trustpilot page showed 4.6/5 from 2,921 reviews, with 87% five-star and 4% one-star. Most complaints concern international shipping — cost, damaged boxes, delays — rather than the buying process.

Joya Buy, JoyaBuy.com, Joyago: the same agent under many spellings

Search data shows people typing the old name every way imaginable: "joya buy", "joyabuy.com", "joyabuy com", and for the new name "joyago", "joygoo", "joya goo" and "joyogoo". They all mean the same agent. The one spelling that matters when you type an address into your browser is joyagoo.com.

The German search "joyabuy erfahrungen" (JoyaBuy experiences) also shows up in Google's suggestions, which fits what we see elsewhere: a large share of JoyaGoo's buyers are in Europe. EU buyers should note that since July 1, 2026 each item category in a parcel under €150 carries a flat €3 customs duty, so fewer item types per parcel means a smaller duty bill.
