How is this rep spreadsheet different from a Google Sheet?

Most rep spreadsheets are shared Google Sheets: thousands of rows, no photos in the cells, and links that quietly break as agents close. That format was fine in 2023. In 2026, with CNFans closed and AllChinaBuy down, a large share of links in older sheets point at agents that no longer exist.

This page keeps the spreadsheet idea — one row per find, sortable, downloadable — but fixes the parts that fail. Each row shows the photo, so you can scan by eye. Each link opens the listing on repbuysheet.com, which works with any agent. And when we built it, we pulled 600 listings and removed 39 whose main photo belonged to a different listing than the one the link opened, plus one listing priced at ¥0.17. What's left is 550 rows.

Verdict: Use the table to shortlist and the CSV if you want your own copy; use your agent's QC photos to make the final call.

What do the columns mean?

• Photo — the seller's main listing photo. Tap it, or the Open link, to see every photo for that find on repbuysheet.com.
• Find — the listing name, cleaned of seller notes. A count like "[40 styles]" means one link covers many prints or colours.
• USD / CNY — repbuysheet.com's own price. Your agent converts at its own rate, so its figure may differ by a few percent, and domestic shipping inside China is added at checkout.
• Link — opens the listing on repbuysheet.com, where you can see sizes and send it to an agent. Sponsored link.

What does the price range look like?

Prices run from $3.10 (C P Company Socks [4 styles]) to $603.11 (Dior Watches [2 styles]), with a median of $34.26. Most clothing sits between $15 and $60; shoes and outerwear run higher, and watches are the top of the range. Remember that international shipping is charged by weight, so a heavy down jacket can cost as much to ship as it does to buy.

Verdict: If you're new, start with tees, hoodies or accessories: they're light to ship, easy to size and cheap to test an agent with.

How do I pick a find from the table?

Check the style count first. A listing named "[40 styles]" is one link with forty prints or colours behind it. When you open it on repbuysheet.com you'll pick the exact style from a menu, and the price can differ slightly between options. Screenshot the style you want before you paste the link into your agent, so you can point to it if the wrong one arrives.

Size from measurements, not letters. Sellers on Weidian and Taobao size for the Chinese market, where an L often fits like a Western M. Most listings have a size chart in centimetres; measure a piece you already own that fits well and match chest width and length, not the label. For sneakers, convert from your US or EU size using the seller's chart, and if a model is known to run long or narrow, the note on the model's page says so.

Think about weight before you fill a parcel. International shipping is billed by weight, and often by volumetric weight — the size of the box. As a rough guide, a T-shirt ships at a few hundred grams, a hoodie closer to a kilogram, and a pair of sneakers in its box well over a kilogram. That's why a haul of five hoodies can cost more to ship than a haul of ten tees, and why asking your agent to remove shoe boxes is the single easiest saving.

Mix categories to test an agent. For a first order, one pair of shoes plus two or three light items tells you how an agent handles sizing, QC photos and packing, without risking a large amount on one parcel.
